There are times in life when what once worked no longer feels quite right.

Things may look fine on the surface, but internally there can be a sense that something has shifted — a feeling that you’ve outgrown a role, a way of working, or even a version of yourself.

This is often the point where meaningful change begins.

I work with thoughtful, reflective individuals who want to better understand themselves, rebuild their confidence, and gain greater clarity and self-trust.

My approach is calm, considered, and collaborative. I create a space where you can think openly, explore what’s really going on, and begin to understand what you want next. Through guided reflection, practical tools, and gentle challenge, I support you to reconnect with who you are becoming — and respond with greater intention.

I’ve come to see that many people don’t lack ability. They’ve simply lost connection with themselves — often after years of adapting, performing, or pushing through. This work is about reconnecting with who you are, understanding yourself more deeply, and making changes that feel aligned and sustainable.

My own path has been shaped by a range of experiences — from working in business to navigating life transitions, including international moves and family life.

These experiences led me to the field of positive psychology and coaching, where I found a way of working that reflects how I naturally think and relate to others.

Outside of coaching, I value time that allows me to slow down and reset — long walks, movement through pilates or zumba, and time with friends and family (and my dachshunds, who are rarely far away).
